JKBOSE Board Exam 2024: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has postponed the Class 10 board exam 2024 scheduled for March 7, 2024.
It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that in view of unavoidable circumstances the Examination of Vocational Subjects i.e., (Agriculture/Apparel, Makeup & Home Furnishing/ Automotive/ Beauty and Wellness/ Health Care/ IT & ITES/ Physical Education & Sports/ Plumbing/ retail/Security/ Telecommunication/ Tourism and Hospitality/ Electronics and Hardware) of Secondary School Examination (Class 10th) Session Annual (Regular) 2024 of Soft Zone areas of IT of Jammu & Kashmir, which was scheduled to be held on March 07, 2024 (Thursday), has been postponed and shall be held on April 04, 2024 (Thursday),” reads the official notice.
The JKBOSE Class 10 postponed board exam for 2024 has been rescheduled for April 4, 2024. However, students should remember that the exams for other subjects will continue as planned, following the original date sheet issued by the Jammu and Kashmir Board, starting from March 11, 2024.

General Exam Day Instructions
Reach the exam center early: Aim to arrive at least 30-45 minutes before the reporting time mentioned on your admit card. This will give you enough time to settle in and avoid any last-minute rush.
Carry your admit card and ID: Your admit card is your entry ticket to the exam hall. Ensure you have it with you along with a valid photo ID proof (like Aadhar card, passport, or school ID).
Prepare your stationery: Bring only the allowed items like blue or black ballpoint pens, pencils, and an eraser. Avoid bringing any electronic devices, calculators, or other prohibited items.
Read instructions carefully: Pay close attention to the instructions printed on the question paper and answer booklet.
Maintain silence and discipline: Do not disturb other students and follow the instructions of the invigilator.
Seek clarification: If you have any doubts regarding the questions or instructions, politely raise your hand and ask the invigilator for clarification.
Review your answers: Before submitting your answer booklet, spend a few minutes reviewing your answers for any errors or omissions.
